You may cancel your booking by notifying the Tour Operator. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by the Tour Operator and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled Tour, product or service (excluding any insurance products).

Cancellation of a Tour:

(a) Cancellation received 30 days or less after booking product or service with tour operator in will be refunded.

(b) Cancellation made after 30 days of booking product or service with Tour Operator will result in no further refund being payable.


 

• Food: Food while on the trip will not be included other than stated in itinerary.
• Drinks:  Soft drinks and alcohol while on the trip will not be included.
• Roundtrip Flight : As with most adventure travel companies. We do not include roundtrip airfare to your trip. We recommend websites like: https://www.skyscanner.com/ 
• Solo travel activities: Activities you plan and pursue on your own including accommodations in other cities.
• Travel insurance: We recommend taking travel insurance through other companies if you need it.
